Who we are
I started making mead in 2024 with a simple goal — make mead worth drinking and share it with people I care about.
Military service gave me the foundation. Discipline. Precision. The deep-seated belief that cutting corners isn't an option when something matters. Those values showed up in every batch I made and every glass I passed around a table. In 2025 it really took off — new flavors, new recipes, and a community of friends and family who kept showing up and asking for more. What started as a hobby became something I couldn't keep to myself.
Now I’m ready to share it with the world. Not just a meadery — a community built around craft, pride, and the old ways. A place where the people who drink our mead help shape what comes next — influencing flavors, driving new recipes, and becoming part of what Fenrir's Brews grows into.
This is mead I'm proud to serve to my kin. Guided by our Norse Pagan path and the belief that what you create should reflect who you are, every batch is made with intention, integrity, and the people around the table in mind.

My Norse Pagan path shapes everything I build. I believe in honoring tradition, respecting the old ways, and putting real meaning into the work of your hands. Fenrir's Brews grew from that — a desire to create something authentic and share it with people.

Ellanah
Quality Control/Tasting
Fenrir's Brews' Quality Control and Tasting Lead, and the person whose palate you have to impress before anything makes it into your glass. A Norse Pagan with a refined nose for honey, fruit, and fermentation, Ellanah brings equal parts ancient intuition and genuine expertise to every batch she evaluates. When she's not coaxing flavor notes out of a new mead, she's tending to her reptiles .
